Schedule for Document Verification for Post Category ER11724, ER11824 and ER11924.

The Document Verification for all candidates listed in the Tentative EQ Accepted List for Post Categories ER11724, ER11824, and ER11924, advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, will be held by the Central Drugs Laboratory, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This process will take place at the Central Drugs Laboratory, located at 3-Kyd Street, Kolkata-700016, following the schedule provided in the attached Annexure.

2. Important Notice: Please be aware that the date, time, and venue for Document Verification are final. No requests for any changes to these details will be entertained. The Commission will not respond to queries or requests regarding alterations in the schedule or venue.
3. Documentation Requirements: Candidates must ensure that they bring all necessary documents and certificates, as per the details provided in the application form, when required by the respective Indenting Departments or Organizations during the Document Verification process. Failure to present the required documents will lead to the cancellation of their candidature.
4. Non-Attendance Policy: Candidates are reminded that if they do not appear for Document Verification on the scheduled date and time, their candidature will be considered null and void. No further opportunities for Document Verification will be provided under any circumstances.
