Schedule for Document Verification for Post Category ER15824 and ER16724

The Document Verification for candidates listed in the Tentative EQ Accepted List for Post Categories ER15824 and ER16724, as advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, will be carried out by the Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The verification will take place at the APHO Bhubaneswar Office, located in the ROHFW Campus, BJ-25 BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha-751014, according to the schedule provided in the attached Annexure.

2. Important Notice: Please be aware that the date, time, and venue for the document verification are final. Requests for rescheduling or changes will not be entertained under any circumstances. The Commission will not be liable to respond to any inquiries regarding alterations to the schedule.
3. Documentation Reminder: Candidates must bring all the necessary documents and certificates, as stated in their application form, which have been issued by the competent authority. These certificates must be presented when requested by the concerned Indenting Departments or Organizations during the verification process. Failure to produce these documents will result in the cancellation of the candidate’s application.
4. Non-Appearance Consequences: Candidates who fail to attend the Document Verification on the scheduled date and time will not be considered for further stages of the examination. Under no circumstances will additional opportunities for document verification be provided.
