The Document Verification (DV) process for candidates who have been placed in the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List’ for Post Category ER11624 under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts will be conducted by the Central Cattle Breeding Farm, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying. The verification will take place at:

📍 Office of the Director, Central Cattle Breeding Farm, Post- Sunabeda-S, Dist. Koraput (Odisha) – 763002

Important Instructions for Candidates:

1️⃣ Final Schedule: The date, time, and venue for Document Verification are fixed and will not be changed under any circumstances. No requests for rescheduling will be entertained, and the Commission will not respond to queries regarding the same.

2️⃣ Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry all the necessary original documents and certificates as per the details mentioned in their application form. These must be issued by the competent authority and presented when requested by the Indenting Departments/Organizations. Failure to provide the required documents will result in cancellation of candidature.

3️⃣ Non-Attendance Policy: Candidates must appear for Document Verification on the scheduled date and time. If a candidate fails to report for the verification process as per the schedule, they will be disqualified from further stages of recruitment. No additional opportunity will be granted under any circumstances.

4️⃣ Regular Updates: Candidates are advised to frequently visit the official website of SSC (Eastern Region) www.sscer.org for updates and further announcements.

5️⃣ Downloading Call Letters: Eligible candidates can download their Call Letters for Document Verification using the link provided on the official website.
