The Document Verification (DV) process for candidates listed in the “Tentative EQ Accepted List” for Post Category ER17624 and ER17724, as advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, has been scheduled. The verification will be conducted by the Regional Labour Institute, Directorate General Factory Advice Service & Labour Institutes, at the following venue:

Important Instructions for Candidates:

1️⃣ Final Schedule: The date, time, and venue allotted for Document Verification are final, and no requests for changes will be entertained under any circumstances. The Commission will not respond to any queries regarding rescheduling.

2️⃣ Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry all original documents/certificates issued by competent authorities, as per the details provided in their application. Failure to present the required documents when requested by the concerned Indenting Departments/Organizations will result in the cancellation of candidature.

3️⃣ Non-Appearance Consequences: Candidates must appear for document verification on the specified date and time. Absence from the scheduled verification will lead to automatic disqualification, and no further opportunity will be granted for document verification.

4️⃣ Regular Updates: Candidates are advised to frequently check the official SSC (ER) website www.sscer.org for any further updates or developments regarding the document verification process.
