This is to inform all candidates who have been included in the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List’ for Post Categories ER13024, ER13124, ER13224, ER13324, and ER13424, advertised under Phase-XII/2024 Selection Posts, that their Document Verification (DV) process will be conducted by the Forest Survey of India, Eastern Zone, Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change.

📅 Scheduled Date & Time: The detailed schedule is attached in Annexure. Candidates are advised to check their assigned date and time carefully.

Important Guidelines for Candidates:

1️⃣ Finalized Schedule: The date, time, and venue assigned for document verification are final and non-negotiable. No requests for changes in the schedule will be entertained under any circumstances. The Commission will not be responsible for responding to any queries regarding rescheduling.

2️⃣ Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry all relevant documents and certificates issued by competent authorities, as stated in their application forms. These documents will be verified by the concerned Indenting Departments/Organizations during the DV process. Failure to provide the necessary documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

3️⃣ Non-Attendance Consequences: Candidates who fail to appear for document verification on the scheduled date and time will be disqualified from further stages of the selection process. No further opportunities will be granted under any circumstances.

4️⃣ Regular Updates: Candidates are advised to frequently visit the official website of SSC Eastern Region (www.sscer.org) for further updates and important notifications.
