Schedule for Document Verification for Post Category ER11224, ER11324, ER11424 and ER11524 advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts regarding

This is to inform all candidates who have been placed in the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List’ for Post Category ER11224, ER11324, ER11424, and ER11524 under Phase-XII/2024 Selection Posts that their Document Verification process has been scheduled.

The verification process will be conducted by the Botanical Assistant at the Botanical Survey of India, operating under the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change. The venue for document verification is as follows:

Botanical Survey of India,
CGO Complex, 3rd MSO Building, Block F,
5th & 6th Floor, DF Block, Sector-I,
Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700064.

📅 Scheduled Date & Time: Refer to the schedule provided in Annexure for your specific document verification slot.

Important Instructions for Candidates:

1️⃣ Fixed Schedule: The date, time, and venue for document verification are final, and no requests for modifications will be entertained under any circumstances. The Commission will not respond to any queries regarding changes in the schedule.

2️⃣ Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry all relevant documents and certificates in original, as mentioned in their application forms. These documents should be issued by the competent authority and will be verified by the respective Indenting Departments/Organizations. Failure to present the required documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

3️⃣ No Second Opportunity: Candidates who fail to report for document verification on their assigned date and time will not be given another chance. Under no circumstances will their candidature be considered for further stages of the selection process.

Candidates are advised to thoroughly review their call letter and ensure they comply with all requirements before appearing for the document verification process.
