Document Verification of all the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List for Post Category ER12824 and ER17924.

The Document Verification for candidates listed in the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List’ for Post Category ER12824 and ER17924, as advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, will be conducted by the Directorate of Marketing & Inspection, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. This process will take place at the Directorate’s Branch Head Office, located in the New Secretariat Building, Civil Lines, Nagpur-440001, as per the schedule provided in the attached Annexure.

1. Important Notice: The date, time, and venue of the Document Verification are final. No requests for any changes will be considered or entertained under any circumstances. Additionally, the Commission will not provide any responses regarding such requests.

2. Document Requirements: Candidates are strongly advised to bring all the necessary documents and certificates, duly issued by the competent authority, as specified in the application form. These documents will be required by the concerned Indenting Departments/Organizations at the time of verification. Failure to present these documents will lead to the cancellation of the candidature.

3. Attendance: Candidates must ensure that they appear on the scheduled date and time for Document Verification. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of their candidature, and no further chances will be provided to attend the verification.
