Document Verification of all the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List for Post Category ER14124 and ER14224.

The Document Verification process for candidates placed in the Tentative EQ Accepted List for Post Categories ER14124 and ER14224, as advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, will be conducted by the Geological Survey of India (GSI), Eastern Region, Ministry of Mines. The verification will take place at the GSI Eastern Region Office, located at Bhu-Bijnan Bhawan, DK-6, Sector II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700091, in accordance with the schedule provided in the attached Annexure.

Finality of Date, Time, and Venue:
The date, time, and venue of the document verification are final. Requests for any changes to these details will not be entertained under any circumstances. The Commission will not provide responses regarding such requests.
Required Documents:
Candidates must bring all the required documents and certificates as mentioned in their application form, duly issued by the competent authority. These documents will be verified by the respective Indenting Departments/Organizations during the document verification process. Failure to present the necessary documents will result in the cancellation of candidature.
Failure to Attend Document Verification:
It is crucial that candidates appear for document verification on the scheduled date and time. Any failure to attend the verification will result in the rejection of candidature for the further stages of the examination. No additional opportunity for document verification will be granted under any circumstances.
