Document Verification Process for the Post Category WR15024 – Junior Technical Assistant (Ore Dressing) of SSC (WR)

This notification pertains to the Document Verification (DV) process for candidates who have provisionally qualified at the Scrutiny Stage for the position of Junior Technical Assistant (Ore Dressing) under Post Category WR15024, as per the guidelines outlined in Para 19.10 and 19.12 of the advertisement notice for Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts of the Staff Selection Commission (Western Region) [SSC (WR)].

Instructions for Document Verification:

🔹 Candidates must report to the designated venue on the scheduled date and time as mentioned in their call letter.
🔹 It is mandatory to bring all the original documents along with four (04) passport-size photographs for verification.
🔹 Failure to provide the required documents may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.

List of Essential Documents Required for Verification:

✅ Educational Qualifications (Mandatory):
1️⃣ Matriculation Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
2️⃣ Higher Secondary Certificate
3️⃣ Degree Certificate (As per eligibility criteria)

• Option 1: Master’s Degree in Ore Dressing / Mineral Processing / Geology / Physics / Chemistry from a recognized university or institute.
• Option 2: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mineral Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy from a recognized university or institute.
• Additional Requirement: A minimum of two years of experience in mineral beneficiation or mineral characterization for beneficiation of various ores and minerals, obtained from a recognized laboratory or beneficiation plant.

✅ Category Certificates (If Applicable):

• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate – Must be issued by the competent authority as per government norms.
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Certificate – If applicable, candidates must provide valid proof of disability status.

✅ Other Required Documents (If Applicable):

• Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Certificate – For candidates claiming reservation under the ESM category.
• Central Government Civilian Employee (CGCE) Certificate – If applicable, a duly signed certificate must be submitted.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) – Required for candidates currently employed in government/semi-government organizations.
