Preliminary Scrutiny Status of candidates for the vacancies of Girl Cadet Instructor, Post Category No. ER12624.

The recruitment process for 17 vacancies (08-UR, 02-ST, 03-SC, 04-OBC) of Girl Cadet Instructor in the Directorate General NCC, Ministry of Defence, as advertised under Post Category No. ER12624 during Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, has reached the preliminary scrutiny stage.

Candidates are referred to Advertisement Notice No. Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, dated 26.02.2024, which included details about the post of Girl Cadet Instructor.

Essential Qualifications (EQs) for the Post:

1. A degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Possession of a “C” Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Crucial Dates for Eligibility Determination:

• For age limit and possession of Essential Qualifications (EQs)/Experience: 01.01.2024 and 18.03.2024, respectively.
• For claiming SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/ESM status and reservation: 18.03.2024 (the closing date for receipt of online applications, unless stated otherwise).

Preliminary Scrutiny Process:
The scrutiny of documents submitted by candidates who provisionally qualified in the Computer-Based Mode (CBM) Examination for Phase-XII/2024 Selection Posts has been completed. This scrutiny was conducted to verify eligibility based on Essential Qualifications and other recruitment conditions mentioned in the Advertisement Notice.

The preliminary scrutiny status of candidates is available in the attached ANNEXURE. It is important to note that the list is provisional and may be subject to changes due to genuine reasons such as:

• Clarifications from the User/Indenting Department.
• Submission of equivalence certificates.
• Corrections in data or scrutiny errors.

Grievance Submission:
Candidates who submitted their documents through the online portal at https://ssc.gov.in by the stipulated date of 24.09.2024 and have objections regarding their ineligibility or grounds for rejection may submit a representation to this Regional Office. Such representations must be sent via email to recttsscer.wb-dopt@gov.in no later than 02.02.2025 (23:00 hours).

Representation Requirements:

1. Clearly mention your Roll Number, Registration Number, and Post Code.
2. Attach self-attested supporting documents as proof of eligibility.

Representations received after the deadline will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Note:
Candidates who provisionally qualified in the CBM Examination but failed to upload their applications and certificates supporting their age, Essential Qualifications (EQs), and other relevant criteria by 24.09.2024 have not been considered for this recruitment process.
