The Essential Qualification (EQ) required for this role is as follows:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • A B.Com degree from a recognized university, OR
   • A Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with a one-year Diploma in Bookkeeping or Storekeeping.
2. Experience:
   • A minimum of three years of experience in handling stores or accounts within a Government Department or Undertaking.

The preliminary scrutiny of the documents submitted by candidates who were provisionally qualified in the Computer-Based Mode (CBM) Examination for the Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts has been conducted based on the Essential Qualifications (EQs) and other terms outlined in the Advertisement Notice. The preliminary scrutiny status has been documented and is attached in the ANNEXURE. It should be noted that this list is provisional and subject to revisions in case of legitimate concerns such as clarifications from the User/Indenting Department, submission of equivalence certificates, or any errors identified during the scrutiny process.

Candidates who have uploaded their documents via the official online web portal at https://ssc.gov.in within the designated deadline of 24.09.2024 and have concerns regarding their ineligibility or rejection, can file a grievance or representation. Representations should be sent to the Regional Office via email at recttsscer.wb-dopt@gov.in no later than 06.02.2025 (23:00 hours). The email must include the candidate’s Roll No., Registration No., Post Code, and self-attested supporting documents. Please note that any grievances submitted after this deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.

Finally, candidates who were provisionally qualified in the CBM Examination but failed to upload the required documents—such as proof of age, educational qualifications, and other relevant certificates—by the stipulated date of 24.09.2024 will not be considered for this recruitment process.
