Schedule for Document Verification for Post Category ER15224 advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts regarding

This is to inform all candidates who have been provisionally placed in the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List’ for Post Category ER15224, advertised under Phase-XII/2024 Selection Posts, that the Document Verification process will be conducted by the National Museum of Natural History, under the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change. The verification will take place at the following venue:

Block 3, Room No. 406, 4th Floor, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003

📅 Schedule: The detailed document verification schedule is attached in Annexure.

Important Instructions for Candidates:

1️⃣ Final Schedule: The date, time, and venue for document verification are final. No requests for modifications or rescheduling will be entertained under any circumstances. The Commission will not respond to any queries regarding changes in the schedule.

2️⃣ Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry all required original documents and certificates issued by the competent authority, as mentioned in their application form. Failure to present the necessary documents when requested by the Indenting Department/Organization will result in the cancellation of candidature.

3️⃣ Non-Attendance Policy: Candidates who fail to report for document verification on the assigned date and time will be disqualified from further stages of the selection process. No additional opportunity will be provided for document verification under any circumstances.
