The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has published a notice about the recruitment of 18 vacancies for 2 positions of Director (Finance) and General Manager (Maintenance). Eligible candidates can submit their online application by 1st December 2023 for the Director position and 18th December 2023 for the General Manager (Maintenance), as it is the last date for submission.

Let’s know about the eligibility criteria for these 2 different positions,

i) Director (Finance):

First-class holder in Graduate and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Or needs to be, a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Or needs to be, a MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed Management Institutes

Or Should be, a member of Group “A” Accounts Service of Government of India.

Must have 25 years post qualification experience in relevant field.

ii) General Manager (Maintenance):

B.E / B. Tech (EEE/Mechanical) degree bearer from a recognized College, Institute, University, approved by AICTE / UGC.
Must be in SAG grade.

Or a PSU or government institution comparable having a minimum of 20 years experience in the maintenance industry.
