Candidates who have been placed in the ‘Tentative EQ Accepted List’ for the following post categories—ER13524, ER13624, ER13724, ER13824, ER13924, and ER14024—advertised under Phase-XII/2024 Selection Posts, are hereby informed that their Document Verification will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned in the attached Annexure.

Key Instructions for Candidates:

1️⃣ Final Schedule: The date, time, and venue for document verification are fixed and non-negotiable. Any requests for rescheduling will not be entertained, and the Commission will not respond to such inquiries.

2️⃣ Mandatory Documents: Candidates must bring all necessary original documents and certificates as declared in their application form. These documents should be issued by the competent authority and will be verified by the concerned Indenting Departments/Organizations. Failure to present the required documents will result in the cancellation of candidature.
