Document Verification Process for the Post Category WR10724 – Junior Demonstrator

This notice pertains to the Document Verification (DV) process for candidates who have provisionally qualified for the post of Junior Demonstrator (Post Category WR10724) under the SSC (Western Region) Phase-XII/2024 Selection Posts recruitment, as per Para-19.10 and 19.12 of the official advertisement.

All shortlisted candidates must attend the Document Verification process on the scheduled date and time at the following venue:

Mandatory Instructions for Candidates:

✅ Candidates must carry all original documents relevant to the post, as specified in the SSC Selection Post Phase-XII Examination 2024 notification.
✅ Along with the original documents, candidates must bring two recent passport-size photographs and a set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents.
✅ Any discrepancies in name or spelling on documents/certificates must be supported by an affidavit for correction.
✅ Only those who successfully clear the Document Verification stage will be eligible to appear for the Physical/Medical Standard Test scheduled for 06.03.2025.
✅ Failure to report for Document Verification on the assigned date or to present the original documents will result in cancellation of candidature for this post.

📌 Educational Certificates:

• Matriculation Certificate (Mandatory)
• Higher Secondary Certificate (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) from a recognized university/institution (Mandatory)

📌 Physical Standards for the Post:

• Height: Minimum 165 cm (Relaxation of 5 cm for candidates from hill areas)
• Chest: 81 cm (normal), minimum expansion of 5 cm
• Weight: Minimum 50 kg
• Hearing & Speech: Normal (Mandatory)

📌 Category & Other Relevant Documents (If Applicable):

• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate
• PwD Certificate
• Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Certificate
• Central Government Civilian Employee (CGCE) Certificate
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates already in government service
