IPPB GDS Executive Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 348 Posts

India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has released a notification for recruitment of 348 Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) – Executive positions. Eligible graduates can apply online from 09 October 2025 to 29 October 2025 via the official IPPB portal.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline (Regular / Distance Learning) from a recognized University / Institution.
• Age Limit: Between 20 and 35 years as of 01-08-2025. Relaxations as per government norms.
• Experience: None required.

Salary & Benefits

• A fixed lumpsum amount of ₹ 30,000 per month (after statutory deductions) will be paid.
• Performance‐based incentives and annual increments may be awarded as per IPPB policy.
• No additional allowances or bonuses beyond what is stipulated.

• ₹ 750 (Non-Refundable)
• Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor held for future recruitment.

Selection Process

1. A merit list will be prepared circle-wise (banking outlet wise) based on the percentage of marks in graduation.
2. In case of a tie (same percentage), preference will go to candidates with:
   • Seniority in DoP (Department of Posts) service
   • If still tied, older candidate by date of birth
3. Graduated percentage should be calculated across all years / semesters, irrespective of subject combination.
4. Universities awarding only grades (GPA / CGPA etc.) must convert them to exact percentages using university formula.
5. IPPB reserves the right to conduct an Online Test if needed.
