The Document Verification for candidates placed in the Tentative EQ Accepted List for Post Category ER12324, advertised under Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, will be conducted by the Central Reference Library, Ministry of Culture. The verification will take place at the Central Reference Library, Belvedere, Alipore, Kolkata-700027, as per the schedule provided in the attached Annexure.
Important Note: The date, time, and venue for document verification are final. Requests for any changes in this regard will not be considered, and the Commission will not provide any responses regarding such requests.
Document Requirements: Candidates are strongly advised to bring all required documents and certificates, as mentioned in their application form, issued by the competent authority. Failure to produce the necessary documents during document verification will result in the cancellation of their candidature.
Attendance at Document Verification: Candidates must appear for the document verification on the scheduled date and time. If a candidate fails to appear as per the schedule, their candidature will be considered void, and they will not be allowed to participate in any further stages of the examination. No additional opportunities will be provided to attend the document verification.
