Candidates must carry the following documents:
i) Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or any other valid ID proof.
ii) All Mark-Sheet / Certificate / Experience Certificate/specialization certificate (if applicable) as per the the essential qualifications of Laboratory Assistant Grade-II post
iii) SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Ex-S/PwBD certificate as per the Notice of the recruitment.
iv) Two copies of recent Passport Size clear Photograph.
v) Original Admit card need to be carried.
