Document Verification Process for the Post Category WR15424 – Medical Attendant (MTS)

This notice pertains to the Document Verification Process for the post of Medical Attendant (MTS) under Post Category WR15424 of SSC (WR), which was advertised as part of Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts, in accordance with paragraphs 19.10 and 19.12 of the official advertisement notice.

Candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted after the scrutiny stage for this post category will be called to participate in the Document Verification process. All candidates selected for this process are requested to appear in person at the following venue:

The verification process will take place on the scheduled date and time, which will be communicated to the candidates in advance. It is mandatory for the provisionally eligible candidates to bring original documents for verification, as well as 04 passport-sized photographs.

1. Matriculation Certificate (Compulsory)
2. Higher Secondary Certificate (If applicable)
3. 10th Pass Certificate from a recognized board,
   along with First Aid Certificate from a Central or State Government recognized institution. (Compulsory)
4. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) (If applicable)
5. PWD Certificate (If applicable)
6. Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Certificate (If applicable)
7. Central Government Civilian Employee (CGCE) Certificate (If applicable)
8. No Objection Certificate (NOC) (If applicable)
