The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the notification about the recruitment for the ‘Personal Assistant Grade-II and Stenographer‘ posts with 474 vacancies (Advt. no. 07/2024). hence interested candidates are welcome to submit their online application and fee submissions by 29th March 2024, as the procedure has already been started from 29th February 2024. Check the required educational qualification of the Personal Assistant Grade-II and Stenographer posts below;

1. Senior Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent Examination.
2. “O” or Higher Level certificate course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India.
3. Or,  Certificate course on computer concept by NIELIT, New Delhi.
4. Or, Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and computer software (DPCS) certificate organized under National/ State council or Vocational Training Scheme.
5. Or, Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Science/ Computer application from a university established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government.
6. Or,  Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the Country, with the computer Science/ Computer Application as one of the subjects.
7. Or, Diploma in computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government.
8. Or, Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited”.
9. Or, Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government. Explanation: The decision of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board or the Appointing Authority, as the case may be, regarding the qualification or higher qualification of computer possessed by a candidate shall by final.
10. Candidate must have the knowledge of working in the Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of the Rajasthani culture.
