Scrutiny Status of candidates in respect of recruitment for the vacancies of Artist Grade I in Zoological Survey of India, Post Category No. ER16524

The scrutiny status of candidates for the recruitment of 26 vacancies [(13-UR, 01-ST, 04-SC, 06-OBC, 02-EWS), including (01-Others)] for the post of Artist Grade I in the Zoological Survey of India, which operates under the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, has been updated. These vacancies were advertised under Post Category No. ER16524 as part of Phase-XII/2024/Selection Posts.

As part of the recruitment process, applications and supporting documents of candidates who provisionally qualified in the Computer-Based Mode (CBM) Examination were thoroughly reviewed. The scrutiny was conducted for the post of Artist Grade I [Post Category No. ER16524] to ensure compliance with the Essential Qualifications (EQs) and other recruitment terms and conditions specified in the official Advertisement Notice.

The preliminary scrutiny status of the candidates was published on the SSC(ER) website on 17.12.2024. This initial status sought representations from candidates, if any, regarding their ineligibility or the reasons for their rejection. Candidates were allowed to submit their representations up to 27.12.2024 (23:00 hours) for review and reconsideration.

All representations received within the stipulated timeframe were carefully examined. After a detailed review and due consideration, the final list of candidates meeting the Essential Qualification criteria has been prepared. These names have now been included in the “Final EQ Accepted List” for further stages of recruitment.

Candidates should note that inclusion in the “Final EQ Accepted List” is subject to further verification, and only those meeting all other necessary criteria will proceed in the recruitment process.

The final determination of eligibility will only be made upon successful verification of all required documents during the Document Verification (DV) process.
