Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 30 years as of September 30, 2025 (born on or after October 1, 1995).
- Educational Qualification:
- General Stream: Master’s Degree/PG Diploma (min. two years) in any discipline, or Bachelor’s in Law/Engineering, or professional qualifications like CA/CFA/CS/Cost Accountant.
- Legal Stream: Bachelor’s in Law; two years’ post-qualification experience preferred.
- IT Stream: B.E./B.Tech in any branch or PG in Computer Science, IT, or Applications.
- Research Stream: Master’s/PG Diploma in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, etc.
- Official Language: Master’s in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English, or vice versa.
- Engineering Streams: Bachelor’s in Civil or Electrical Engineering with relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates awaiting final results may also apply.
Selection Process
The recruitment involves three stages:
- Phase I: Online exam (two papers)
- Phase II: Online exam (two papers)
- Interview: For shortlisted candidates
SEBI reserves the right to modify the process if necessary.
Pay Scale & Benefits
- Pay Band: ₹62,500 – ₹1,26,100 (17 years).
- Approx. Monthly Salary: ₹1,84,000 (without accommodation) and ₹1,43,000 (with accommodation).
- Perks: NPS contribution, medical coverage, education allowance, conveyance, subsidized lunch, and other benefits similar to Central Government officers.
- Probation: 2 years.
- Posting: Anywhere in India across SEBI offices.
