Essential Qualification (EQ) Criteria:

Candidates must fulfill one of the following educational qualifications:

(a) Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
OR
(b) A two-year certificate in Draftsmanship from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or Polytechnic approved by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Ministry of Labour.

Additionally, candidates must have one year of experience in draftsmanship within a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, Autonomous Body, or a Government Undertaking.
