  9. My Aadhaar is linked/seeded with my old and closed bank account, I have contact at bank branch to delink/deseed bank account they tried their end but couldn`t deseed due to closed account. I have given an application to my active bank account but DBT is not changed till date. On Sahara refund portal there is no choice for select/register bank account manually. please help me.

      The site is not working. Please look into it. An additional claim is not happening. We tried a lot in the day and night time but it’s a sheer wastage of time. Documents are not getting uploaded even if site is working well.

      Request you to please look into it and as every customer is facing the problem.

      Since then, I’m keep trying to login and heck 5th Step is coming blank and getting same error on Step 6.

    After summitting the signed document on Step 5, it started refreshing at Step 6 and later did not reflected Claim Reference No. also no confirmation message came to my registered mob. no.
    Since then I’m trying to login to portal and keep trying to check but now on step 5 blank page is showing and at Step this above error is coming.

  35. Sir mujhe sbse badi problem date ko leker ho rahi he. jab bhi me khata kholne ki date dalta hu to wo add nahi hota he . Jese ki Meri date 30-10-2015 he to wo portal le hi nhi rha he. Mene jab dusri date 07-10-2015 type ki to waha 10-07-2015 show hone laga. Isliye Mera claim abhi tak add nahi ho pa raha he. Or sath hi mujhe bank bhi change krna he. Kripya btaiye kese meri problems solve hogi.

  41. I have registered my self on CRCS portal and accepted terms & conditions by clicking “I Agree” on 21.07.23.
    But on Personal Details screen, box for 4 digit Aadhar no. instead of 12 digit is coming and after feeding that Aadhar details comes directly. After clicking on next page, screen for filling document details are not coming instead all fields are shown on the page in horizontal line without curser (i.e. without option for feeding/editing). Unable to file Refund application please help me.
