  50. I am not able to move forward at Tab 2 Personal details, ‘save e-mail’ is not visible. More than 1000 times I have tried to this from 18-07-2023 to 29-07-2023. I have not seen this type of worst site. I have tried this, in Google Chrome and also in Microsoft Edge. Even though, Grievance not working properly. I think there is no such team for solving this type of technical problems. Too much of people’s time waste.

  77. There are technical glitches in the website. Unable to get OTP while applying for claim . What is the last date for the claim? first testing should be done and also check the bandwidth , SMS gateway integration of the site which is not sending OTP.

  82. After uploading the claim form and PAN card, I am getting error “Please complete your Aadhaar details” instead of generating acknowledgement.I added the optional email id as well, but still it is throwing error instead of generating acknowlegement.

    How to fix this issue ?

  85. Hi Sahara Claiming process Team, My Father was deposited amounts for 2 Policies. Initially I was submitted one policy documents and submitted the signed form successfully and received the acknowledgement number. BUT, now 2nd Policy Bills, Unable to upload. Because the website is still showing 1st policy bills only.
    How Can I claim 2nd Policy Receipts on the same website for same Policy Holder ????/

  88. I have registered myself on sahara refund portal successfully on 21-07-2023 and given consent for laid down terms and conditions by clicking on “I agree”.
    But in personal details screen, instead of 12 digit Aadhar a box of only 4 digit is found. On moving ahead by clicking next, Aadhar details comes on the screen and again by clicking next, claims details page appears with a horizontal line mentioned with fields without curser (i.e. without data feeding option).
    I am trying your both toll free no’s from last 3 weeks but unable to contact. I therefore request you kindly help me in filling my refund application.

  91. unable to get through the link As the display shows server down.Very bad experience with this portal. Please allow submission of claim through hard copies of documents. Unable to get the claim application form since the server is not getting through . Getting otp is a big problem.Please look into this and clear the matter so that people holding sahara certificate can get their dues.

  99. While doing login on the site, error of “aadhar number or mobile number is invalid” is coming from last 20 days. Mobile number is already registered with aadhar site. Request you to resolve this issue. Site is not working and not able to raised the refund claim.

  101. The Payment portal asks for Deposit Account #. Should this be my Bank account # to deposit the proceeds or the Account # shown on the certificate? Both are different. If the later is true, where to put my bank account # to deposit the maturity amount?
